Anh "Joseph" Quang Cao is a New Orleans lawyer and a current U.S. Representative from Louisiana's 2nd congressional district. He is the first Vietnamese American and first native of Vietnam to serve in Congress, and the first Republican to serve in his district since 1890.

Up to date, he is the lone Republican to vote for the healthcare bill pushed by President Obama out of 177 lawmakers.

"I have always said that I would put aside partisan wrangling to do the business of the people," Cao stated on his website. "My vote tonight was based on my priority of doing what is best for my constituents."

Yayks! so great having this health care reform! Hopin' Philippines would have this too!

Today, November 07, 2009, marks the start of my First Triple Medical Celebration: BlogThing Game.

I just made this as a GAME and not a CONTEST since I want you to feel comfy and enjoy my party.

Surely, you'll ask who gotta join? Off course, anybody - any blogger having websites (paid or free hosted) can join as long as you can publish a blog entry. Winners will be drawn using Random.Org. How? Three selection will be done for the Winners; these are numbers 11, 24 and 1. All the Official Blog Entry Names/Titles will be listed, Random.Org will be ran, and the first entry randomly selected at number 11 will be the first winner. After which, the previously chosen entry will be taken out and Random.Org will randomly choose again the second winner. This will be the done also for the third winner to have higher chances of winning.
